Subcontractor Resources & Document Upload

All subcontractors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets the following requirements:
✅ General Liability Insurance – Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence
✅ Workers’ Compensation Insurance – As required by state law
✅ Automobile Liability Insurance – Minimum $1,000,000 per accident (if using company vehicles)
✅ Additional Insured Endorsement & Waiver of Subrogation – Must be included as required by contract

Note: Some states have specific requirements. Check the COI Requirements document for details.

To become an approved subcontractor, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Complete and Submit a W-9 Form – Required for tax purposes.
2️⃣ Provide a Valid COI – Must meet Thomas Sign’s insurance requirements.
3️⃣ Sign the Subcontractor Agreement – Outlining terms and compliance requirements.
4️⃣ Review and Acknowledge Safety & Installation Guidelines – Ensuring adherence to industry standards.
5️⃣ Approval Process – Our compliance team will review your documents and confirm approval.

📌 Once approved, you will be added to our subcontractor network and eligible for project assignments.

The approval process typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on the completeness of your submission. Delays may occur if:
🔹 Documents are missing or incomplete
🔹 Insurance does not meet the required coverage
🔹 Additional verification is needed
